Learn to trust your instincts and make big choices to create characters, relationships, and stories spontaneously. This is a three day intensive for those actors looking to learn and explore the art of improv. At the end of camp students will participate in their very own 30 minute improv show.

We will harness the power of creativity and imagination to conjure extraordinary worlds and the unique characters who inhabit them, crafting their appearance, personalities, stories, and relationships through theatre games, storytelling, and collaborative activities!

Step beyond the stage and explore the business side of theatre! In this class, high school students will learn the tools needed to pursue theatre beyond school productions, including creating resumes and portfolios, audition techniques, college and training program options, networking, unions such as Actors' Equity Association, and more. Students will gain insight into both performance and technical theatre career paths, making this class perfect for actors, technicians, designers, stage managers, and anyone interested in the professional theatre world.
