MEA camp offers fun, safe, and quality gymnastics instruction. The typical day includes gymnastics, along with other fun activities including crafts, games, open gym, trampoline fun, outside time and more. Your child will learn gymnastics skills, develop coordination, flexibility, and balance. Its a great camp to make friends, build self confidence, and have tons of fun. If you could play cards for hours then this might be your game! Similar to Canasta or rummy, you'll want to check out Hand & Foot. Teachers are available to show you how to play. To win this game, be the first person to discard all your cards. Join us for an enjoyable way to socialize and connect with new friends. Meets on Thursday afternoons at the District Program Center. Hands in this game can take awhile so it's best to come 10-15 minutes early to ensure starting in the first round.

Happy Feet is the premier early soccer development program, using imaginative play and play-to-learn concepts to teach real deceptive dribbling skills on the move. Our camp curriculum is designed to foster your child's development and creativity with more time spent on skill acquisition utilizing fun, engaging activities and finishing with a small sided scrimmage. Little Toes: 2-4 years The little toes program uses a story tie with soccer ball approach to stimulate your children imagination while learning advance soccer skill development. This unique concept keeps kids captivated and entertained for every second of every happy feet class. Your child will love being the zookeepers, and showing the animals their soccer skills; blasting off to outer space with their Bobs and visiting all the planets; traveling around the world to visit countries and meeting new friends along the way. Every class is just as educational as it is fun. Big Toes: 5-7 years In this stage we introduce your child to key concepts & new skills, cooperation, & goal setting. Your child learns valuable lesson for all areas of life. All children have a soccer ball for maximum skill development. We make use of fun props & play more advanced games. The kids learn some of the most difficult skills & moves in soccer while having a blast. Your child will have fun & develop motor skills in a non-competitive way.

Is your child ready for the independence of being home alone? Parents need to be sure their children have the skills and maturity to handle the responsibility safely. Whether it is for an hour after school or several hours a day during the summer, being trusted to be home alone can be a positive experience for a child who is mature and well prepared. This class for children will address several topics relating to being “Home Alone” including age guidelines, safe habits, house rules, after school routines, phone calls and door knocks, dog emergencies, personal safety, handling the unexpected, gun safety, severe weather, fire safety, intruders, and first aid tips. Students attend this class independently and should come prepared with a notebook and pen. Parents are encouraged to review the take home information and discuss it with their child.

All Fun & Games is an improv comedy class for grades 6–12 that goes way beyond ""drama class."" This is a space where fast thinking is celebrated, every idea gets a ""yes, and,"" and there’s no such thing as a wrong answer. Through high-energy improv games, scene work, and collaborative storytelling, students build real skills — the kind that matter in auditions, presentations, job interviews, and just about every social situation life throws at them. No scripts. No pressure to be ""the funny one."" Just a group of people making things up together and getting better at it every week.

This camp helps children build confidence, kindness, and social skills through fun, hands-on activities. Students will practice respectful communication, introductions, table skills, conversation, and speaking in group settings while learning how to navigate a variety of social situations with care and confidence. The focus is on empathy, self-awareness, and treating others with respect in shared spaces, while recognizing that families and communities may have different customs and expectations. Snack demo included.

In this camp students will be learning the basic knowledge about sewing and we will create projects from scratch. We will be using hands and sewing machine techniques. All materials included.

Just Grandma/Grandpa and Me This class provides a great opportunity for grandparents to interact with their grandchildren in a fun learning environment. Grandparents will also gain ideas for take-home play and meet other grandparents in the community. Grandparents and children do not separate for this class.
