Offered year round on a monthly basis Swim Training offers ages 9-12 the opportunity to learn about competitive swimming. Swimmers will breakdown the four competitive strokes while gaining confidence in the water. Must be able to swim one length unassisted. Each meeting will have a designated workout according to your ability. Your coach will cover a different topic each meeting day to help you improve in starts, turns or stroke development. Registration ends online 1 week in advance of class start. Thereafter a late fee of 10% is added to the registration fee.
