Music & Movement (LR)

Music & Movement

Jump, climb, stretch, balance, and play! This energetic ECFE class celebrates the important role movement plays in your child’s growth, learning, and overall development. Now welcoming children from birth through age 5, this class offers fun, hands-on activities designed to engage children at every stage.

Through obstacle courses, games, music, and active exploration, children and caregivers will move together while building coordination, confidence, self-regulation, and foundational learning skills. You’ll discover how movement supports brain development and learning while gathering practical ideas to encourage active play and healthy habits at home.

Parents and caregivers will also enjoy connecting with a licensed parent educator, making this class a valuable experience for both children and adults. Parents will move to a separate area for discussion time.
