Lavender farm, Farmer's Market & lunch
Join us for a fun day exploring the only working Lavender farm in Minnesota located in Farmington. We will learn the history of the farm, get a little tour and do a U-pick activity. You'll get to keep the lavender you pick. You'll also be able to browse the lavender shop for any personal shopping. *Please note that the ground will be gravel road/grass and may be uneven at times. We recommend wearing good walking shoes. Canes are fine to bring along but walkers may be harder to use at the farm for those with mobility issues.
After our time at the farm we will have a buffet lunch at a local restaurant in Farmington. On our way home we will stop at the Rosemount Community Center to make a stop at their Farmers market before heading back home. Bring additional spending money for any personal shopping you'd like to do at the lavender farm or farmers market. We recommend bringing a tote bag if you plan to shop at the farmer's market.
