Sheldon Theatre Guys on Ice Musical with Lunch at the Red Wing St. James Hotel (day trip for adults)

We will start our day at the historic St. James hotel.  Enjoy a sit-down plated lunch in the Laurentine room overlooking the river. Lunch will be Chef Sarah's pot roast, gravy, yukon gold mashed potatoes, and honey-butter glazed carrots.  Lunch includes a water, coffee & tea station.  There will be a little time to explore the historic hotel.  Lunch will be followed up by a performance at the Sheldon Theatre just down the street featuring Guys on Ice, an ice fishing tribute to Midwestern resilience, featuring hilarious, show-stopping numbers like "De Wishing Hole" and the legendary "Ode to a Snowmobile Suit" with a must-see zipper dance.  If time permits, we may make a quick stop to Hanisch bakery two blocks away from the theatre for those that want to pick up some to go bakery items to take home.

We will meet at the District Program Center in Cottage Grove (8400 E Pt Douglas Rd S) at 9:30 am for a 9:45 am departure.

5:15 PM eta return back to Cottage Grove.
